Article 4 of the EU AI Act asks companies that use AI to take measures to promote training for their staff. Since the Digital Omnibus, the requirement is proportionate: nobody is expected to be an expert, but you must have done something reasonable and be able to show it.

- A record of who has been trained. Each certificate shows the name, hours, syllabus and date.
- The basics of the law, in block 4. Which data must not go into an AI and how to check what it returns.

This course is one of those measures, and the certificate records who has been trained and when. It does not replace any other obligations the Act may place on each company.
