Agri-food traceability from tree to pallet

Advantys AI Agri-food Traceability · for fruit and vegetable cooperatives and packhouses

End-to-end traceability for the fruit and vegetable sector — from the tree to the export pallet — combining IoT sensors, integration with production machinery and a grower settlement engine based on the real quality of each delivery.

Two structural problems, one solution

The agri-food supply chain —especially in fruit and vegetables— carries two problems that none of the parties has solved satisfactorily:

Both problems lead to the same solution: a system that continuously and tamper-proofly records the journey of every product batch, from the plot of origin to the outgoing pallet, and turns that traceability into fair payment for the grower and certification of origin for the retailer.

A traceability ecosystem in three blocks

IoT sensors on open industrial protocols and a blockchain-anchored record to guarantee the history cannot be altered, for audits.

Origin traceability

Records the farm origin of each lot (field → packhouse) using the land registry reference or plot code, with an architecture ready to integrate with third-party field logbooks.

Machinery integration

Automatic processing of grading and sorting reports straight from the packhouse machinery, removing manual data entry.

Quality-based settlement

Links the batch events from intake to dispatch —including losses from storage, ripening and reprocessing— and calculates the real yield of each delivery, replacing the packhouse weighted average with an exact settlement.

A large, established market

The Spanish agri-food cooperative sector is a large structural base, not an emerging niche. According to data from Cooperativas Agro-alimentarias de España:

3,669 agricultural cooperatives €44,770M in combined turnover 1 million+ members
